If at anytime you are unhappy with your goods, please contact us within 10 days and you can return the items for a refund of the product costs. If however the goods were delivered faulty or the wrong items were delivered, we will refund the cost of the goods plus return the postage if under £50.00. Any returns must be authorized and repackaged carefully.

We know how important your wedding day is to you and we endeavour to help make this day special to you by offering you a range of handmade wedding cards to suit all budgets, From day and evening invitations, order of service, menu, thank you cards, and seating plans, civil partnership invitations. Ordering the wedding stationary is quite simple, decide on the style and colour you require including the quantity, add it to your basket and purchase, when you place an order 50% of the total cost of the order is required as a deposit. I will then email you an order form which asks you for more details of your requirements. Return the order form to us with your cheque for the 50% deposit; we will then forward you a proof of your chosen design within 10-14 days. If you are happy with the proof you will need to sign the back of it and return it, making any corrections that you require. We will then aim to complete your order within 28 days from the date we receive the signed approval of proof. We are quite busy for Wedding orders for 2008 .
