We know how important your wedding day is to you and we endeavour to help make this day special to you by offering you a range of handmade wedding cards to suit all budgets, From day and evening invitations, order of service, menu, thank you cards, and seating plans, civil partnership invitations. Ordering the wedding stationary is quite simple, decide on the style and colour you require including the quantity, add it to your basket and purchase, when you place an order 50% of the total cost of the order is required as a deposit. I will then email you an order form which asks you for more details of your requirements. Return the order form to us with your cheque for the 50% deposit; we will then forward you a proof of your chosen design within 10-14 days. If you are happy with the proof you will need to sign the back of it and return it, making any corrections that you require. We will then aim to complete your order within 28 days from the date we receive the signed approval of proof. We are quite busy for Wedding orders for 2009 .

Due to the high cost of Payment and Order Processing, we have a Minimum Order Value of £5.00, Purchases over £20.00 are Free Postage.

We accept payments via Paypal. We also accept payments by Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Lynne Roxburgh. We allow 5 working days for clearance of Personal Cheques.

We aim to carry most items on our web site in stock at all times. We usually despatch orders within two – three working days of receiving payment.. Any items you order are out of stock not available for immediate delivery from stock, we can either place the item on a back order until it does become available or refund the purchase price. If a refund is requested this will be issued within 24 hours or if you wish to wait for the stock to become available, we will give you an indication of the anticipated delivery time.. In any circumstance we will dispatch your Order within 28 days. In certain circumstances we may part deliver your Order, with any outstanding items sent "To Follow" at our expense. Prices advertised on our website are correct when the page is published. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice.

If you have not received your purchases within 7 days of our confirmation of dispatch please email us. We, however, would ask that you check with your local Post Office or Sorting Office to ensure that they have not unsuccessfully tried to deliver before doing so.

Please check your Crea8tivity Order immediately on arrival. In the unlikely event of any shortages, you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and we will happily send you the missing item(s).

Your Right To Cancel - Distance Selling Regulations

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the Order, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order. Once you have cancelled, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. You remain liable for the goods unless they have been received by Crea8tivity.

1. In the unfortunate event of faulty goods or the wrong item being received, please contact us immediately by email within 7 days to arrange the return of the good, We will replace or refund as required. Please Do Not Return Goods Without Contacting Us First.
2. We will issue you with a Returns Authorization Number, which should be clearly marked on the parcel you are returning.
3. Goods must be returned 'as 'new'. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All Items must be intact, unused and with all original packaging, suitable for re-sale (as new).
4. When returning goods, it is your responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. If any returns received are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only refund you 50% of the retail value of the goods
5. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
6. Your order will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods back. Any order returned with no faults will incur a 10% restocking fee in order to cover admin costs. The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid within 30 days or an exchange credit as required. The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
